Lily has over 30 years of experience with the Public Sector, NGO’s and International organizations. She is a seasoned Librarianship and Mass Communication specialist. Currently, she is the focal point of Books and Learning Material (BLM) section of the ADEA Inter-Country Quality Node on Teaching and Learning (ICQN-TL), and she is based at Moi University based in Eldoret – Kenya, where she works as a Librarian in charge of the University Bookshops. Lastly, Lily is published and has a book titled Publishing and Book trade in Kenya and several papers in peer reviewed publications.

Lily a plus de 30 années d’expérience du secteur public, des ONG et des organisations internationales. Elle est spécialiste chevronnée en bibliothéconomie et en communication de masse. Elle est l’actuel point focal de la section livres et matériels éducatifs (LME) du pôle de qualité inter-pays de l'ADEA sur l'enseignement et l'apprentissage (PQIP-EA), et est basée à l’Université Moi, à Eldoret, au Kenya, où elle travaille en qualité de bibliothécaire en charge des librairies universitaires. Enfin, Lily est l’auteur de publications dont un ouvrage intitulé Publishing and Book trade in Kenya et plusieurs articles dans des revues à comité de lecture.
