Sub-Regional Seminar on Open Educational Resources for African countries

Sub-Regional Seminars on Open Educational Resources (OER) aim to inform and engage policy makers in drafting and implementing OER policies. The African seminar will involve ministry officials and education stakeholders from Ghana, Ethiopia, Madagascar, Djibouti, and Togo.
